Pit Stop Skillet Dip
Creamy buffalo chicken skillet dip baked with melted cheese and topped with chives. A warm, cheesy appetizer perfect for game day or parties.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- Chives finely chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, add cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, shredded chicken, and half of the cheeses. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Spread into an even layer and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm with carrots, celery, or tortilla chips.
