Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegetable shortening or Prairie Farms Butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp lemon extract
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  • Cream together butter, sugar and liquid ingredients (including milk & whipping cream).
  • In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add to creamed mixture.
  • Roll out dough 1/2 in. thick and cut with cookie cutters.
  • Bake at 350°F for 5-7 min.
  • Cool and decorate.
