Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • Chives finely chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, add cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, shredded chicken, and half of the cheeses. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Spread into an even layer and top with remaining cheeses.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm with carrots, celery, or tortilla chips.
