In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, add cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, shredded chicken, and half of the cheeses. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Spread into an even layer and top with remaining cheeses.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm with carrots, celery, or tortilla chips.
