  1. To make Aioli; In a small bowl, combine Prairie Farms Regular Sour Cream, mayo, fresh dill, pepper and garlic
  2. Warm bagel on low in a toaster. Next, layer on the bottom of the bagel pulled pork, Tzatziki Aioli, tomatoes, onion, and arugula.
  3. Serve with potato wedges and remaining Tzatziki Aioli and enjoy!
