- 1 cup low-fat Prairie Farms yogurt
- 1/2- cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/8 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/8 tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Dash Black pepper
- Place yogurt in a bowl. Add spinach, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Chill for one hour.
- Serve with toasted bread or fresh vegetable pieces.
