  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms milk
  • 1 cup strawberries stems removed
  • 1 cup ice
  • White Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • Blue Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice


  • Blend together the ingredients for each layer separately in a blender.
  • Divide into 3 glasses.
  • Serve chilled.
