Protein Dill Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • ½ tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • ½ tsp Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to develop flavor.
  • Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
