A classic dill dip recipe, but packed with protein and flavor using Prairie Farms Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream.

Ingredients:

Prairie Farms Small Curd Cottage Cheese

cup
Prairie Farms Sour Cream

tbsp
Fresh Dill
½
tbsp
Dried Parsley
3
cloves
Fresh Garlic
½
tsp
Dried Minced Onions

tsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
1
tsp
Kosher Salt
½
tsp
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to develop flavor.
Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
