Chef Rob’s Tiger Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 Cup Prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 Cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper, if needed
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mustard and garlic powders until smooth. Then, add the horseradish, sour cream and mayonnaise until well-combined. Adjust with salt and pepper, if needed.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours, and serve.
