Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Prairie Farms unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate syrup
  • 4-6 slices bread toasted
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries fresh, washed

Directions:

  • With a mixer, beat butter and honey together until completely combined; add cocoa powder, powdered sugar and chocolate syrup. Beat until mixture is smooth.
  • Spread chocolate on toasted bread. To create the bear, add 3 slices of banana on each piece of toast in a triangle shape, then add 3 blueberries on each piece of toast to form the bear eyes and nose. (see photo)
