Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat Prairie Farms yogurt
1/2- cup chopped fresh spinach
1/8 tsp Dried Basil
1/8 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash Black pepper

Directions:

Place yogurt in a bowl. Add spinach, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Chill for one hour.
Serve with toasted bread or fresh vegetable pieces.
