Mediterranean Cream Cheese Spread

A flavorful Mediterranean inspired spread made with cream cheese and feta. Serve with pita chips and garnish with chopped kalmata olives.

Ingredients:

2 8oz, packages Prairie Farms cream cheese, softened
1 8oz, package Feta cheese, crumbled
3 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
2 Tbsp Dill, fresh. chopped

Garnish

Kalmata Olives chopped

Directions:

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, feta, garlic and dill with an electric mixer. Blend thoroughly.
Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with pita chips, veggies, or as a savory spread on bagels. Garnish with chopped kalmata olives.
