- 3 Cans (4.5 ounce) tuna packed in olive oil drained
- 1/4 Cup Prairie Farms unsalted butter room temp
- 2 Tbsp Prairie Farms sour cream
- 3 Tbsp Capers drained
- 1 Tbsp Italian flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Crackers or Toast
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve on crackers or toast.
