Crudités are traditional French appetizers consisting of sliced or whole raw vegetables. The term literally means "raw things," and is just a fancy way to say veggie tray!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Beau Monde

Directions:

  • Mix sour cream, Hellman's mayonnaise and Beau Monde together in large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve with crackers and vegetables.
