Ingredients:

  • 5 lb Idaho potatoes
  • 1 stick Prairie Farms Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk heated
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream

Directions:

  • Boil potatoes until tender with fork, drain.
  • Put in mixing bowl and mix about 3 minutes, add melted butter.
  • Mix about 1 minute.
  • Add sour cream, mix about 1 minute.
  • Add heated milk, mix about 1 minute.
