Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 8 oz hot coffee
  • 1 shot Irish Cream

Directions:

  • In a deep bowl, pour heavy whipping cream, and whisk until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    In a tall heatproof glass, add brown sugar, prepared coffee and Irish cream liquor. Stir to blend.
  • Dollop whipping cream on top and serve immediately.
