Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can
  • 1/2 cup Prairie Farms plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons tahini sesame seed paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions:

  • Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, blend well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Serve with pita chips, and/or fresh vegetables.
