Pineapple Pie
This pineapple pie is creamy and refreshing with sweet pineapple folded into a smooth vanilla filling. Set in a graham cracker crust and topped with whipped topping and cherries, it's an easy no-bake dessert.
Ingredients:
- Graham cracker crust (or the crackers and Prairie Farms Butter)
- Large instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapple and juice
- 8 oz Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- whipped topping
Directions:
- In bowl, mix pudding, pineapple and sour cream together until well incorporated.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Decorate top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
