Dirty Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs potatoes cubed in one inch squares unpeeled
  • 1 stick Prairie Farms Butter
  • 1 pint Prairie Farms Half & Half
  • ¼ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 8oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp celery powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil cubed potatoes until tender.
  • While boiling potatoes, mix all ingredients except butter in large bowl.
  • Add 3/4 stick of butter to rest of ingredients, reserving 1/4 of butter.
  • When potatoes are cooked to tender, drain and add to rest of ingredients.
  • Using hand mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Once blended, pour potato mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
  • Melt remaining butter and pour over potatoes.
  • Bake until bubbly and top is golden brown.
