Dirty Twice Baked Potatoes
The classic Dirty Twice Baked Potatoes recipe makes the perfect side dish for your family's weeknight dinner. The combination of potatoes, half and half, sour cream, and cream cheese come together to make the most creamy and appetizing dirty potatoes.
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs potatoes cubed in one inch squares unpeeled
- 1 stick Prairie Farms Butter
- 1 pint Prairie Farms Half & Half
- ¼ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 8oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp celery powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil cubed potatoes until tender.
- While boiling potatoes, mix all ingredients except butter in large bowl.
- Add 3/4 stick of butter to rest of ingredients, reserving 1/4 of butter.
- When potatoes are cooked to tender, drain and add to rest of ingredients.
- Using hand mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Once blended, pour potato mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
- Melt remaining butter and pour over potatoes.
- Bake until bubbly and top is golden brown.
