Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream cold
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  • In medium sized chilled bowl, add whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Using a mixer, beat on high speed just until stiff peaks form. Careful to not over beat.
  • Serve on your favorite dessert and enjoy!

Notes

  • Place bowl and whisk in freezer at least 20 minutes before to chill.
  • To make stabilized whipped cream that lasts longer in the fridge, add ¼ tsp cream of tartar and replace granulated sugar with powdered sugar.
  • Honey or maple syrup can replace the sugar if needed.
