- 1 Cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream cold
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- In medium sized chilled bowl, add whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Using a mixer, beat on high speed just until stiff peaks form. Careful to not over beat.
- Serve on your favorite dessert and enjoy!
Place bowl and whisk in freezer at least 20 minutes before to chill.
To make stabilized whipped cream that lasts longer in the fridge, add ¼ tsp cream of tartar and replace granulated sugar with powdered sugar.
Honey or maple syrup can replace the sugar if needed.
