- 2 graham cracker squares
- 1 scoop Prairie Farms Premium Small Batch Rocky Road Ice Cream Softened
- 1 tbsp marshmallow cream
- Let ice cream soften outside of freezer for about 5 minutes.
- Spread marshmallow cream on one graham cracker. Using a butter knife, cut a square of ice cream, or use a small scoop, placing it on top of the graham cracker. Gently press on second graham cracker to smoosh together. Use butter knife to smooth the edges.
- Either enjoy immediately or wrap ice cream sandwich in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store in the freezer to set. Note: Graham crackers will slightly soften in the freezer.
