Ingredients:

  • 12oz Prairie Farms cream cheese
  • 2 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin, canned
  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, or Cinnamon, ground
  • 2 Cups Whipped topping

Directions:

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin and spices.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers, or your favorite fruit!
