Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small tub extra creamy whipped topping
  • 1 quart Prairie Farms Half & Half
  • Enough Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk to fill canister to the fill line

Directions:

  • Using electric mixer, beat eggs until frothy.
  • Add sugar and vanilla pudding until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract, mix in whipped topping until smooth.
  • Add half & half.
  • Pour into ice canister.
  • Pour in enough milk to fill line.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines to make ice cream.
