  • 3 Avacados peeled, pitted
  • 2 Jalapenos seeds removed
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin, Ground
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice


  • Tomatoes, Fresh Chopped
  • Tortilla Chips


  • Add all prepared ingredients to a medium bowl. Using a potato masher or food processor, mash together until slightly smooth, a few larger pieces are expected.
  • Add guacamole to a serving bowl, garnish with diced tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with chips or add it to your favorite entrée. Enjoy!
