Ripe avocados blended with onion, lime, cilantro, jalapenos and a twist, real sour cream. A creamier texture than regular guacamole that pairs wonderfully with tortilla chips.
Add all prepared ingredients to a medium bowl. Using a potato masher or food processor, mash together until slightly smooth, a few larger pieces are expected.
Add guacamole to a serving bowl, garnish with diced tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with chips or add it to your favorite entrée. Enjoy!
