Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
- 2 packages 12-Hawaiian Count Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken removed from bones, shredded, about 3-4 cups
- ½ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 oz Prairie Farms Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 4 tbsp Prairie Farms Butter melted
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with foil. Cut the rolls in half longways, as you would a bagel. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared sheet. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir together.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly onto the bottom of the sliced rolls. Top with chicken mixture, spreading into an even layer. Sprinkle remaining half of cheese evenly over chicken. Top with the top half to the rolls.
- Combine melted butter and italian seasoning. Brush on top of rolls. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese has melted and the tops are slightly browned. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
