Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Prairie Farms cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms Salted Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  • With a mixer, mix together cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Once combined, gradually add in the powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy. Spread on cupcakes or cakes.
