No-Fuss Cornbread
Sometimes you have the motivation and time to create a multiple-course dinner, but often, you feel fortunate if you can get more than peanut butter and jelly on the table! For those days when the struggle is real, try this No-Fuss Cornbread.
Ingredients:
- 1 can corn (drain off liquid)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Prairie Farms Butter (melted)
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and put in 8" x 8" greased pan.
- Bake at 350 °F for about 45 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown and center is completely set.
