Homestyle Corn Pudding
Homestyle Corn Pudding is an impressive, traditional side dish for your holiday table, but nobody will mind if you serve it on an ordinary Wednesday, either! It won't take you long to whip up this golden mixture using cans of whole-kernel corn and creamed corn, Prairie Farms Sour Cream, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, eggs and butter.
Ingredients:
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 stick Prairie Farms Butter
Directions:
- Mix all together.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F.
