Grandma Katie's Christmas Cookies

Grandma Katie's Christmas cookies are soft, tender, and lightly sweet with a classic homemade flavor. They're a nostalgic holiday treat that's perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 cup Prairie Farms Butter
3 eggs
1 cup Prairie Farms Buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Directions:

Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs and buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture: drop tbsp. of batter on greased cookie sheets.
bake for 10-15 mins at 350°F or until brown.
