- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple, frozen, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms Vanilla Yogurt
- Chia Seeds
- Toasted Coconut
- Fresh fruit, sliced
- Combine all frozen fruit and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Unfrozen fruit can be used for a thinner consistency, or you can add a splash of Prairie Farms milk.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
