Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Prairie Farms milk
- 3 tbsp Prairie Farms butter
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese cubed
- 1/3 cup Gruyere cheese cubed
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a fondue pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, milk and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Add a bit more cheese or milk to get the consistency that you want.
- Serve with fresh vegetables and chunks of French bread.
