Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tahini sesame seed paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Place garlic and parsley in a food processor, blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips, and/or fresh vegetables.
