Ingredients:

2 scoop Prairie Farms Neapolitan Ice Cream
1 cup cran-raspberry juice
1 cup red wine
1 shot brandy
1 cup raspberries
10 ice cubes

Directions:

In a pitcher combine cran-raspberry juice, red wine, brandy, and raspberries over ice.
Divide between two glasses. Top with a scoop of Prairie Farms Neapolitan Ice Cream and enjoy!
