  • 1 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar divided
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust 9-inches

Chocolate Ganache Topping

  • 4 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, add peanut butter, cream cheese, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Beat using a stand mixer or hand mixer until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a second large bowl, add heavy whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract, sour cream, and remaining ¼ cup of powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
