Parmesan Spinach Artichoke Dip
This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is perfect for a get-together. Blending sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, spinach, parmesan cheese, and more into creamy perfection.
Ingredients:
- 10 oz pack of frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely minced (or ½-¾ tsp powdered)
- ½-1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1½ plus ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except spinach and ½ cup of parmesan cheese.
- Mix well.
- Shred spinach into mixture and stir to combine.
- Spray 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place mixture into dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Top with ½ cup of parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot. (reheats well in microwave. Just add tad of water.)
