Parmesan Spinach Artichoke Dip
This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is perfect for a get-together. Blending sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, spinach, parmesan cheese, and more into creamy perfection.

Ingredients:
10
oz
pack of frozen spinach
thawed and squeezed dry
2-3
garlic cloves, finely minced
(or ½-¾ tsp powdered)
½-1
can
artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
1½ plus ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1
cup
Prairie Farms Sour Cream
1
cup
mayonnaise
1
tbsp
lemon juice
¼
tsp
cayenne pepper
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except spinach and ½ cup of parmesan cheese.
Mix well.
Shred spinach into mixture and stir to combine.
Spray 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Place mixture into dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Top with ½ cup of parmesan cheese and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Serve hot. (reheats well in microwave. Just add tad of water.)
