Ingredients:

1/2 cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp brown sugar
8 oz hot coffee
1 shot Irish Cream

Directions:

In a deep bowl, pour heavy whipping cream, and whisk until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a tall heatproof glass, add brown sugar, prepared coffee and Irish cream liquor. Stir to blend.
Dollop whipping cream on top and serve immediately.
