Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup Prairie Farms milk
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms plain yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • sugar or stevia to sweeten

Directions:

  • Place milk, yogurt, banana, chocolate powder, and ice in blender.
  • Cover and blend until smooth. Taste and add a little sugar or stevia to sweeten.
