Ingredients:

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings and legs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Dash kosher salt
  • 1 Dash freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp Prairie Farms unsalted butter

Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

  • 1 Snack Cup (5oz) Prairie Farms Garden Veggie Cottage Cheese For a low calorie ranch dip, try using just Prairie Farms Garden Veggie Cottage Cheese as dip
  • 1/4 Cup Prairie Farms sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing

Veggies For Dipping

  • Carrot sticks
  • celery sticks

Directions:

Chicken Wings

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place a wire rack over a baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer to buttered baking sheet.
  • Bake until chicken is golden and skin is crispy, approx 50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  • In a small saucepan, whisk together hot sauce and honey. Bring to simmer then stir in butter. Cook until butter is melted, 1-2 minutes. Put broiler on low. Transfer baked wings to bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated. Return wings to rack and broil, until sauce caramelizes (about 3 minutes).

Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

  • Mix all Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip Ingredients into one bowl. Serve dip with vegetables and hot wings.
