- 2 1/2 cup Prairie Farms milk
- 1 cup Prairie Farms Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberry
- 1/2 cup blackberry
- 1/2 cup raspberry
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- Place milk, yogurt, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, vanilla powder, and ice in blender.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
