- 1 (6 oz) cup Prairie Farms Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 3/4 Cup spinach
- 1/2 Cup Kale
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, use fresh fruit or add a splash of Prairie Farms milk.
- Pour into bowl and top with desired berries or seeds. Serve immediately.
