Swiss Vegetable Medley
If you're looking for something different to take to a potluck or you just want a simple switch-up for a weeknight dinner, try this Swiss Vegetable Medley. This recipe is basically the same idea as that traditional green bean casserole you all love at the holidays.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz California-blend frozen vegetables (thawed & drained)
- 1/3 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken or cream of celery)
- 2 cups shredded Prairie Farms Swiss Cheese
- 1 small can of French-fried onions
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- In large bowl, mix soup and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in 1 to 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese and veggies. Mix together and pour into baking casserole.
- Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
