Ingredients:

Smoothie

  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple, frozen, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Prairie Farms Vanilla Yogurt

Toppings

  • Chia Seeds
  • Toasted Coconut
  • granola
  • Fresh fruit, sliced

Directions:

  • Combine all frozen fruit and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Unfrozen fruit can be used for a thinner consistency, or you can add a splash of Prairie Farms milk.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
