Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Butter or margarine softened
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  • In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Chill dough at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 °F for 10 minutes.
