Quick and Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Wether you're running the kids to practice, working late or going to the gym, these pot pies are perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
- 10-3/4-oz can Campbell's condensed 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 9-oz package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Bisquick all-purpose baking mix
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- In 9" pie plate, mix soup, vegetables and chicken.
- Mix milk, egg and baking mix.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
