Peanut Butter Cream Pie
Peanut butter is one of life's most simple pleasures. It was a staple in this packed lunches for school and on celery sticks with raisins for this mid-afternoon snacks.
Ingredients:
- 8-oz package Prairie Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut Prairie Farms Butter
- 6 tbsp Prairie Farms Whole Vitamin D Milk
- 8-oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 9" graham cracker crust
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions:
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add milk.
- Fold in whipped topping; spoon into crust.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.
- Chill overnight.
