Orange Juilius Mimosa
- 1 1/2 cup Prairie Farms 100% Pure Premium Orange Juice light pulp
- 1 cup Champagne or Sparkling Cider
- 2 scoops Prairie Farms Premium Small Batch Vanilla Ice Cream
- fresh mint garnish
- Scoop Prairie Farms Premium Small Batch Vanilla Ice Cream into 2 cocktail glasses and place in freezer for 10 minutes or before you are ready to start the recipe.
- When glasses are chilled remove from freezer and pour champagne then Prairie Farms premium orange juice over ice cream.
- Slap fresh mint in your palm to release flavors and garnish glasses. Serve and enjoy!
