  • 1 1/2 cup Prairie Farms 100% Pure Premium Orange Juice light pulp
  • 1 cup Champagne or Sparkling Cider
  • 2 scoops Prairie Farms Premium Small Batch Vanilla Ice Cream
  • fresh mint garnish


  • Scoop Prairie Farms Premium Small Batch Vanilla Ice Cream into 2 cocktail glasses and place in freezer for 10 minutes or before you are ready to start the recipe.
  • When glasses are chilled remove from freezer and pour champagne then Prairie Farms premium orange juice over ice cream.
  • Slap fresh mint in your palm to release flavors and garnish glasses. Serve and enjoy!
