Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • a pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Prairie Farms Whole Milk divided
  • 1 cup Chai Concentrate divided

Directions:

  • In a small glass, add heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Use a milk aerator to blend ingredients until thickened into a foam.
  • In 2 serving glasses of choice, add a half cup of milk to each cup, followed by a half cup of chai concentrate in each. Add the desired amount of ice to both.
  • Top both glasses with the pumpkin pie foam. Enjoy immediately!
