Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces low-fat Prairie Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup purple onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  • Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, purple onion, salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving with crackers or with vegetables and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
